SMALL BUSINESS OWNER ANNOUNCES FOR STATE SENATE
John Clark Promises to Take on Liberal Insiders
Placitas, NM – Small business owner John Clark announced his candidacy today for the New Mexico State Senate, District 9. Clark, a Placitas resident, is a lifelong Republican who has owned JC Blinds for 26 years. Clark says he is running for the Senate to make New Mexico a more business-friendly and safer state.
“I was drawn to beautiful New Mexico in 1994 to start a business and live the American Dream. My family and I are blessed to call this state our home. Unfortunately, liberal policies have led to New Mexico being on the top of too many bad lists and the bottom of too many good lists. Our state has become crime ridden, our schools are suffering, and our infrastructure is crumbling while liberal politicians and insiders engage in reckless and wasteful spending. We can and must do better,” said Clark.Clark has proven how to successfully grow a business through hard work, discipline and core values. He says these same values can help move New Mexico forward.John Clark is the son of a WWII Pilot. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Northern Colorado. He is owner of JC Blinds, growing it to the powerhouse it is today. John has five children, 3 grandchildren (with another on the way) and wife, Jeanette.
